Primary Care

No matter the reason for your visit, our primary care physicians are here to assist you as the primary point of care for your undiagnosed sign, symptom or concern. Our primary care physicians are trained to deliver comprehensive medical care, whether you are being seen for a routine checkup, preventative care or treatment for an illness or injury.
Our primary care team provides patient assessments, screenings, counseling and treatment to help you heal and determine what should be next steps in your care. They are here to answer your questions, listen to your concerns, and should your health concern require you to be seen by a specialist, your primary care doctor will help you connect with additional services you may need as well as link you with social and financial resources.

Your primary care provider will:

Act as your first point of care

Having a primary care physician is the first step in addressing your health care needs and should be your go-to person when you experience any health issues or concerns.  Whether you are sick, or simply want to track your health, your primary care physician can provide you with a personalized plan to fit your needs.

Help you maintain your overall health and well-being

Your primary care physician will be an advocate for your overall health and wellness. They can help you define – and reach – your health and wellness goals so you enjoy your highest quality of life.

Diagnose and treat injuries and illnesses

When sudden injury or illness occurs, your primary care provider will guide you through treatments options, assist you in getting the medication you need, and refer you to a more specialized care setting, if needed. Many of our primary care physicians can also perform simple procedures in their offices as well, including simple skin biopsies, wart treatment, joint injections, minor podiatry procedures, and more.

Coordinate your specialized care

Should you need a higher level of care or more specialized care, your primary care physician can refer you to a specialty physician.

Help you manage your chronic and acute conditions

In addition to preventive care, such as annual checkups, blood tests, lab work, and immunizations, primary care doctors also help diagnose and manage chronic conditions, such as diabetes and high blood pressure, and acute conditions, such as bronchitis or a urinary tract infection (UTI).
